The one-hundred-and-sixty-sixth El Clasico is set to take place tomorrow at the Bernabeu in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semifinal. It is considered the biggest match in the world, and normally lives up to its title. Out of the last fifteen Clasicos Real Madrid has won four, Barcelona has won seven, and they have drew four. The most recent Clasico was league match on October seventh, 2012, in which the teams drew 2-2, with Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo scoring each of their clubs goals. It is often thought that the match is decided on who performs better, Messi or Ronaldo. However, that is not always the case, in fact out of the twenty-nine goals scored in the last eight Clasicos, the pair have only scored ten of them and three of those eight games have gone without them scoring a goal. Even if Messi and Ronaldo don’t score it will be an action packed match, so look out for my halftime and full time reviews of the match, right here on Football Every Day!
